We also fixed a startup issue that used to cause crashes due to insufficient resources: Node.js and Python images are now kept locally on our servers instead of being re-downloaded every time an application is created. Startup is now virtually instantaneous, with no crashes.

A console is built directly into your client area to deploy and manage your application, with no extra tool to install.

SFTP access is included from the free plan, no credit card required. A database is included starting with the Start plan.

Security isn't reserved for our most expensive plans: every IP attempting to connect to our infrastructure, application hosting included, is checked in real time against the NetBait.org database, a library referencing over 200 million IP addresses, each scored from 0 to 1 by how dangerous it is.

Any IP scoring 0.30 or above is automatically banned, before it even gets a response from our infrastructure. The entire network is also protected by a Layer 3/4 Anti-DDoS system.

Application Free (€0/month) offers 256 MB of DDR5 RAM, 30% CPU, and 1 GB of NVMe storage, with full SFTP access, no credit card required. No database is included on this plan.

Application Start (€0.80/month), our most popular plan, doubles the resources (1 GB RAM, 100% CPU, 2 GB NVMe) and adds a database.

Application Medium (€1.50/month) goes up to 2 GB RAM, 150% CPU, and 3 GB NVMe, still with a database included.

Just like the rest of the platform, support is handled directly by the team, with no auto-reply script. Every ticket you open triggers an immediate notification, with handling within 24 business hours.

We are also reachable during the opening hours shown live on the site: Monday to Friday from 10am to 2:30pm and 4:30pm to 8pm, Saturday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm.

Asuoo is not an anonymous entity: the platform is operated by Loïc Valence, as a sole proprietorship based in Saône-et-Loire, France (SIRET 106 340 870 00018), information many hosting providers prefer to keep vague.
