Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ASUOO platform, available in particular at asuoo.com and its subdomains, offering IT hosting services (VPS, WebHost, Applications, Professional Email).

Creating an account or using the service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Accessing the ASUOO platform requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a legal guardian.

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any use of the service with your credentials is attributable to you. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must inform ASUOO immediately at contact@asuoo.com.

3.1 VPS (Virtual Private Server)

Virtual servers with full root access, a dedicated IP and NVMe SSD storage. Billing is monthly, with no minimum commitment.

3.2 WebHost

Shared web hosting with Nginx or Apache of your choice, subdomain included and a database provided. Monthly billing, no commitment.

3.3 Applications

Hosting for Node.js and Python applications, in the version chosen by the user. A free plan is available.

3.4 Professional Email

Professional email addresses with support for SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, billed monthly, with no commitment.

ASUOO benefits from the VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Displayed prices are therefore final net prices, with no VAT to add.

Billing is monthly, in advance. Payment is made via Stripe or PayPal at the time of order. ASUOO reserves the right to change its prices, with 30 days' prior notice.

The user agrees to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and public order;
• Not host illegal, defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights;
• Not use the service for cryptocurrency mining (crypto-mining, regardless of algorithm or currency), spam, phishing, or computer attacks;
• Not overload the infrastructure or harm other customers.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund.

Reselling ASUOO services is authorized. The applicable conditions for resale are detailed in our Terms of Sale.

ASUOO strives to maintain maximum availability of its infrastructure. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance or in case of force majeure. ASUOO cannot be held liable for data or operating losses related to service unavailability.

It is the user's responsibility to maintain backups of their critical data.

The ASUOO platform (interface, code, brand) is the exclusive property of its publisher. The user retains full ownership of the data and code they host on the platform.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period.

ASUOO reserves the right to terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, without notice.

ASUOO is a technical service provider and cannot be held liable for content hosted by users, nor for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit resulting from the use or unavailability of the service, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

ASUOO reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over ASUOO's registered office, after attempting an amicable settlement.
