Privacy Policy

When you create your account and use our services, we collect the following data:

• Identification: first name, last name, username, email address;
• Billing: payment data processed by Stripe or PayPal (ASUOO does not store your card numbers);
• Technical data: connection IP address, server access logs, date and time of actions;
• Contact: information submitted via the contact form (name, email, message, and fields specific to the selected category);
• Hosted content: files, databases and configurations uploaded by the user to ASUOO servers.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising purposes and do not use tracking cookies.

• Contract performance (GDPR art. 6.1.b): creating and managing your account, providing services, billing and support;
• Legal obligation (GDPR art. 6.1.c): retention of billing data in accordance with accounting and tax obligations (10 years);
• Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f): infrastructure security, abuse and fraud detection, technical logs, anti-bot protection on forms (hCaptcha).

• Active account data: retained for the duration of the contract;
• Deleted account data: deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law;
• Billing data: retained for 10 years (legal obligation);
• Technical logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months;
• Contact form messages: retained for as long as necessary to process the request, then archived or deleted;
• VPS root password: stored encrypted (AES-256) and purged as soon as the server is provisioned.

ASUOO uses the following subprocessors to provide its services:

• Stripe, Inc.: card payment processing. Data transmitted: email, amount, order ID. Stripe Privacy Policy.
• PayPal Holdings, Inc.: PayPal payment processing. Data transmitted: email, amount. PayPal Privacy Policy.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.): anti-bot protection on forms (including the contact form). Data transmitted: IP address, interaction data. hCaptcha Privacy Policy.

Our servers are hosted in France. In the event of a transfer outside the EU (Stripe, PayPal, hCaptcha), appropriate safeguards are implemented (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

ASUOO implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of sensitive passwords (AES-256), restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data;
• Right to rectification: correct your inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data;
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format;
• Right to object: object to certain processing based on legitimate interest;
• Right to restriction: request the temporary suspension of processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.

ASUOO only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function (language preference, authentication session, CSRF security token). No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies are placed on your browser.

ASUOO may modify this policy at any time. The date of last update is shown at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed by email.
